Are you ready to make eating less stressful?
We want to let you in on a secret, eating healthy is not as complicated as it is made out to be. It doesn’t have to be super restrictive, full of rules, boring, tedious, or mean you have to give up your favorite or cultural foods.
Actually, we would argue that if your diet IS any of these things, it is probably not ACTUALLY healthy.
We are here to help you stress and obsess LESS about food your body. And we want to help you develop a more relaxed, realistic, and fun approach to eating that will help you take care of your nutritional health long into life.
We are registered dietitian nutritionists who specialize in helping individuals with eating disorder recovery (child, teen & adult), emotional eating, chronic dieting, intuitive eating, non-diet wellness, pediatric nutrition, PCOS, Type 2 Diabetes and body image. We use an intuitive eating and Health At Every Size® informed approach to nutrition not just with our clients but with ourselves and our families too!

What Our Clients Are Saying
Our Philosophy
We believe that eating for health and wellbeing is not as boring and complicated as diet culture makes it out to be.
Living in this diet obsessed world creates negative relationships with food and body.
We will provide you with compassionate and non-judgemental care using an Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size® informed approach… which pretty much means we aren’t judgy food police and we believe that a person’s body size does not determine if they are healthy or not.
